I had a coupon for a perm and went in. The woman looked like she was in a bad mood. She did not put a cape on me before washing my hair and it felt like she was pulling my hair out when she rolled it and came close to my eye with the scissors. She did scratch my cheek with them. My hair is frenzy not curly. I have to go to another hair dresser to get it fixed. I will not go back there.
